Day 11

This morning we moved to Jerusalem. We hiked to the top of Mt Carmel to find out the bus wasn't there to pick us up. We hiked back down. Elijah must have been pretty well built. My knee still hurts today from that trek. We left this area and stopped by to visit these nice gardens before we ended up in Jerusalem. These olive trees may have been there back in Jesus time.

Wow, what a workout that was! I loved this day though. The intensity was awesome.

Remembering the scripture we had at the gans. God had planted choice vines and they brought forth only shriveled 'betoshem' [grapes]. He cared for Israel with the best of everything and they rejected him for foreign gods... Where are our hearts? Are we bearing useful fruit?
