After walking all morning along the beautiful lake Michigan and the downtown Chicago, I'm finally resting. It was a gorgeous morning as i walked the trails. The coastline has a trail 10 1/2 miles long and traffic was extremely heavy. Hundreds of walkers, joggers and bikers were out early enjoying the clear morning. I was amazed how many people were out this early.

Day of Rest

I see that you are warming up in more ways than one. Wow. Beautiful picture from Chicago! ONE, you are warming up your photo clicking and TWO, you are warming up yourself as you put on the miles and unload the calories. Yippee yay!
